Tasallahchibok (MA)
Tasallah chibok has
schooled both home and abroad and holds masters degree
in public administration, a degree in political science
from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a certificate in
management skills for Rural Development from university
of Reading UK. Currently she works for ActionAid International
Nigeria as the capacity Building Advisor
Experienced and resourceful
organizational and community development consultant
with specific skills in the following areas: participatory
rural appraisal, (PRA), training, facilitation, participatory
monitoring and evaluation (PM&E), Participatory
Organizational Self Assessment and team building
A sound knowledge
on project management cycle hinging either on process
or blue print project design approach or combination
serves as entry points in applying specific talents
towards maximizing client’s satisfaction.
Tasallah is a skilled

Amina Baba-Manu
Amina has a degree
in chemistry, a certificate a certificate in Participatory
rural Appraisal (PRAXIS India) and worked with ActionAid
Nigeria as the field program coordinator for PSRHH project.
Organizational and
Gender development specialist, she has broad exposure
and experience in organizational development and mentoring,
proposal development, strategic planning, participatory
M and E and report writing. She is a senior policy Advisor
Partnership against Poverty (PAP), Action Aid Nigeria
(AAN). As a senior policy advisor, she has managed large
program budgets, and has been in nurturing key nascent
NGOs into well established Organizations. Led teams
in starting up large project, have over the years developed
good leadership and managerial skills.
Experience in management
and coordination of programs with specific skills in
organizational assessment, team building, Participatory
Action Research (PAR), facilitating and training, good
report writing, documentation and editing, paying specific
attention to details and salient omissions or mistakes.
Amina has been engaged
in community level work with partner organizations in
delivering program objectives. This involves assessing
the organizations’ capacity gaps, designing appropriate
build capacity packages, develop plans and budget for
the effective delivery of the program. Works well as
a team member and respects divergent opinions and cultures
within the team. She has facilitated team building process
for ActionAid International Nigeria RSH team, Family
Heritage International, and various national NGOs across
the country.
As a seasoned trainer
and advisor, she contributed immensely in providing
policy and gender direction to the PAP work in AAN.
Other track records include: mentoring NGOs in Bauchi,
Nassarawa, FCT and Gombe, gendre and advocacy Advisor
and team leader strengthening Nigeria response to HIV/AIDS
(SNR) Action Aids International Nigeria (AAIN), field
program coordinator (AAIN) in promoting sexual and reproductive
health for HIV/AIDS reduction (PSRHH) others are program
Advisor North, RSH/HIV and AIDS (AAIN), design and supervised
CSO community level Behavior change at the grass root,
provide technical assistance to all six states that
SNR works in Nigeria and Distilling policy and gender
issues from different areas towards achieving the goal

Adejo Odoh (Ph.D).
Dr. holds a Ph.D degree
in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello university
Zaria, where his presently an associate professor. Having
put many years of service in academics, his strength
includes among others sound ability to proposed and
organize research and development work.
As a community development
specialist, Dr. Adejoh was a resource person in d following:
Community Driven Development in Zaria organized by UNICEF
2004, environmental Governance and consensus Building
for sustainable Natural Resource management Workshop
organized by World Bank Institute, 2004, sensitization
workshop for top civil servants at Federal and State
levels on the World Bank FADAMA II program, 2003.
He also coordinated
World bank Training on Environmental Impact Assessment
for selected Agricultural officers from various states
of the federation 2001, field work research, ODA/Bamako
initiative, Baseline and evaluation study on Zuru local
government Kebbi State, participated in world bank organized
“ Community Driven Development training workshop
Kampala, Uganda 2002. Also, a follow up 10-day workshop
at the University of Bordeaux, France 1990. As a community
development specialist, he has a lot of research notes
on administration and people in rural areas since independence
to his credit.
Dr Adejo has been
involved in several trainings researched and consultancy
services both locally and internationally; among these
includes lead resource person in a UNDP sponsored study
on capacity assessment of Human and institutional Resources
at the Local Government Level. He also has to his credit
several publications in reputable journals. He is presently
the head of Department of Local Government Studies ABU
Zaria and has been the Chairman of Nigerian participatory
& Rural Appraisal Network (NIPRANET) North West
Zone since 2000.He is an associate consultant with ICS.
Musa Michael (Ph .D)
Dr. Michael Wamdzu
Musa is a sociologist who has several years of experience
in research, teaching and consultancy work. He holds
a doctorate degree (PhD) in Agricultural Economics and
Rural Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He is also a researcher, consultant and facilitator
in the field of Indigenous knowledge systems; farming
systems; sustainable development; participatory approaches
to Development; Rapid Rural Appraisal Methodologies;
Impact Assessment Studies; Rural Development; Poverty
Alleviation; youth and Development.
Dr. Michael is experienced
and versatile in organizational and community development
with special interest span areas of human community
and national development. He is also a skillful facilitator,
trainer and researcher and is very eased with the use
of participatory methodological approaches to development.
A resourceful and self motivating person, combining
lecturing and consultancy with all ease. He possesses
a unique ability in establishing relationship with a
wide range of people at local, national and international
levels.
Result driven in social
transformation and organizational development with remarkable
experiences in: institutional and organizational development
with specific reference to capacity building of NGOs
and CSOs, educational research with proven success in
the conduct of social and beneficiary assessment studies,
community interaction with experience on involving local
participation, and working knowledge for gender relationship
with HIV/AIDS and poverty.
Furthermore, he has
carried out several consultancy services such as: capacity
building for decentralized Development project (CBDD)
in Kaduna organized by (DFID), facilitated in the DFID/CBDD
supported participatory organizational self-Assessment
and Development (POSAD) workshop for young men Christian
Association in both in Nassarawa and Benue state 2000
and 2001.Co-designed and facilitated the DFID/CBDD supported
strategic planning workshop in Nassarawa state 2001.
Also designed and facilitated a session on Personal
Empowerment for the workshop on strategic thinking Leadership
training for Nigerian Youths organized by CDD in 2000.

Mr. Obono Martin Obono
(MA)
Mr. Obono has a Master
of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of
Calabar. He has over 15 years experience in the areas
of human and organizational development both in Nigeria
and throughout Africa. His specialties include developing
and implementing capacity building plans, training,
workshop facilitation (board governance, human resources)
and mediation in both the private and public sectors.
In addition before
becoming a consultant in organizational development,
Mr. Obono managed several field offices for Guinea Worm
Eradication project in Nigeria. As an independent consultant,
he provided expertise and managed organizational Development
assessment for numerous organizations in different African
countries like Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya,
Mozambique and Cameroon. He is an associate consultant
with ICS.
Benjamin Ahmed (Ph.
D)
He holds a Ph .D
degree in Agricultural Economics from Ahmadu Bello University
Zaria, where he presently works as Associate Professor
and Researcher. He has put in over 20 years of service
in Academics and within this period has held various
senior academic and research positions among which is
Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics and
Rural Sociology; A.B.U Zaria. He has also undertaken
several short courses and training in Computer applications
and Data Management, Participatory Rural Appraised (PRA);
facilitation of Innovation process and gender analysis
in and outside the country. Dr. Ahmed has been involved
in several studies and consultancy services for both
national and international Clients. This includes among
others Rapid Appraisal to enhance the transfer and commercialization
of Agricultural technologies in Nigeria, 2001 for OAU/STRC
- SAFGRAD, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. He has several
publications in reputable journals to his credit. he
is an associate consultant with ICS.
Oluyemi Adeleye (M.Sc)
Mr. Adeleye holds
an M.Sc degree in Agronomy from University of Ibadan.
An organization development and sustainable livelihoods
practitioner with over 15 years experience as an employee
of a World Bank assisted agricultural development project,
international agricultural research Institutes and an
International rural development agency. He has excellent
analytical and writing skills coupled with a sound educational
background in Agronomy, Agricultural Extension and Rural
Sociology, Participatory Extension Services and Participatory
Technology Development. Mr Adeleye possesses an excellent
working experience in capacity development of civil
society organizations in Nigeria. Of late he has been
working on issues around civil engagement and multi
– stakeholders’ consultation. He is an associate
consultant with ICS.
Ejeh Zakari Sule (M.Sc)
Mr. Sule holds an
M.Sc degree in Agriculture Extension and Communication
from University of Agriculture, Makurdi. He has over
20 years experience in statistics for social research,
Accounting, auditing and Book-keeping, personal management,
Cooperative operations/management Extension Programmes,
evaluation and agricultural development. Mr. Sule has
participated in some national surveys including the
primary Health Care Survey, Nigeria Gender Statistics,
CBN/ NISER / FOS collaborative study on informal sector
and Nigeria Living Standard Survey. He is an associate
consultant with ICS.
Ahmed Ndagiman Mohammed (M.B.A)
Mallam Mohammed holds
a M.B.A degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
He has more than 15 years working experience as an Education
Officer, Assistant Lecturer, Research Fellow, Senior
Management Development Officer, Programme Officer and
Senior Programme Officer (NGO Institutional Capacity
Building and Graining as well as Micro – credit
for Micro – Enterprise Development across Nigeria.
He has also served as the NGO/CBO specialist for the
United Kingdom Department for International Development’s
Capacity Building for Decentralized Development Project
CBDD in Nigeria. He has expertise / skills in Participatory
Organizational Analysis and Development. Mallam Mohammed
is a recipient of ODA/British Council Fellowships in
1990 and 1991 for professional training programmes in
the U.K and a recipient of British Chevening Award in
1999. He is an associate consultant with ICS.
Felix Bayo Obanubi (M.Ed)
Mr. Obanubi holds
an M.Ed degree with specialization in Adult Education,
Literacy and Community Based Development. He has over
15 years experience in training, managerial roles and
systematic organization development. Mr. Obanubi is
an excellent trainer with extensive experiences in participatory
experimental action learning techniques essential for
adults learning.
A facilitator of change
with inter – personal and communication skills
required in working in both national and international
setting, self – motivated and resourceful, with
ability to form strong working relationships with a
wide range of people at all levels.He is an associate
consultant with ICS.
Kabati Baba Tokara
Kabati Baba Tokara
is a graduate of Mass communication from University
of Maiduguri, Borno state. She has broad knowledge and
experience in community development with professional
trainings in community development and social services
intervention. Kabati is currently the program coordinator
Care for Life (CFL) Gombe state. She has worked as the
program officer in the same organization (CFL) from
2006-2007 with specializations in reproductive and public
Health.
Furthermore, she is
very at ease with HIV/AIDS related interventions. She
was involved in the team that carried out Mobile HIV
Counseling and Testing exercise from April-May, 2008.
A program sponsored by (CFL) and supported by (AAN).
Also, was instrumental in the conduct of situational
Assessment of Orphans and Vulnerable children in 2 LGAs
of Gombe State in 2006 which was sponsored by (CFL)
with support from AAN.
She has also attended
several workshops in the areas of community intervention
programs, Reproductive and Public Health, Monitoring
and Evaluation, REFLECT, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing
and training on psychosocial support for OVC. All sponsored
by both national and international organizations. This
has boosted her analytical abilities to place problems
in wide, relevant perspective. He is an associate consultant
with ICS.
Suwaiba Jibrin Yakubu
Suwaiba Jibrin Yakubu
had schooled home and abroad and holds a Post Graduate
Diploma in Agric Economics and Rural sociology from
Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Experienced and versatile
Gender and community development consultant with specific
skills in the following areas: Gender and development,
women and children empowerment initiatives, community
water and sanitation programmes including advocacy and
hygiene promotion. As a consultant, she conducted trainings
for OTI capacity building for Northern NGOs, several
trainings for UNICEF D-field States on gender mainstreaming
of partners across D” Zone and also facilitated
participatory development workshop for LGAs within the
Zone.
As a senior policy
advisor with action aid Nigeria (AAN) 2005-2006, she
provide program direction, design and implementation
strategy, coordination of the PAP program in 4 clusters
12 states, staff management and supervision, monitoring
and evaluation, research documentation, capacity building
financial management and advocacy.
Furthermore, Suwaiba
consulted for World Bank on Ecological projects through
which 30 people were trained on Bee Keeping and commodity
group development. In addition, she is highly skilled
and experienced in projects and training and served
as head of projects and training development exchange
centre (DEC) Bauchi 1997-20004. Also, she has a sound
knowledge of gender and women issues, social protection
and welfare mechanisms and training strategies to assist
vulnerable and disadvantage people. He is an associate
consultant with ICS.
Elkana Aliyu
Elkana Aliyu is a
graduate of History from University of Maiduguri. He
is an experience and versatile Organizational and community
development specialist with specific talents on trainings
in all participatory methodologies like REFLECT, RBA,
CDD, PVA and PEP model. Others include facilitation,
participatory rural appraisal (PRA), project planning,
and implementation including monitoring, general project
management and has been involved in community development
programs for more than a decade.
He was the executive
secretary and coordinator Wurno Kowanaka Community development
Association. A member, Northern coalition on constitutional
and legislative Advocacy. He coordinated UAD (United
Action for Democracy), facilitator/Team leader- World
Bank fadama 11 project Tafawa Balewa Bauchi State.
More importantly,
Elkana Aliyu, has abilities in designing of community
mobilization strategies and facilitating participatory
monitoring. Also, trained communities and participated
in activities in the monitoring of 2007 general elections.
He is an associate consultant with ICS.
Ndueso Edet Eno
Mr. Eno holds a degree
in Sociology/Anthropology and a Master degree in Medical
Sociology. He is a Gender Development Specialist. In
addition, he has specific skills in health administration,
reproductive heath education, research, and training.
Other skill areas include facilitation, monitoring and
evaluation. He also networks with institutional stakeholders
on program implementation.
Mr. Eno presently
works with Association of Women with HIV & Aids
in Nigeria as monitoring and evaluation officer. A facilitator
of change with inter personal and communication skills
required in working in both national and international
setting, self motivated and resourceful, with strong
working relationships with wide range of people at all
levels. He has also been involved in several studies
and consultancy services for both national and international
clients. These includes Report NACA’s Nigeria
National Retroviral Information Management System, OVC
(SUN Project) situation assessment survey, Save a child’s
heart Nigeria manage the processes of patients and attending
physicians trips overseas for heart surgery. He is an
associate consultant with ICS.
Makka Jubli Charles
Mr. Makka holds a
degree in Agriculture from Ahmed Bello University, Zaria.
Presently, he works with Development Exchange Centre
(DEC) as a program coordinator.He is a community development
and agricultural credit management consultant. He has
specific skills in participatory rural appraisal techniques
PRA/PLA and has facilitated workshops, and been involved
in community mobilization and development, project planning
and management for rural development. He is an associate
consultant with ICS.
Tema Liti Agera
Tema Liti Agera is
a graduate of Hotel and catering management and has
a PGD in community development from Kaduna Polytechnic.
She works presently for Women Empowerment and Poverty
Alleviation (WEPA).
A resourceful community and organizational development
consultant with specific skills in the following areas:
Strategic thinking and planning, project design, planning
and implementation, participatory organizational self
assessment, PRA/PLA, and participatory monitoring and
evaluation (PM&E). Other skills are in team building,
advocacy, and facilitation. She also has additional
skills in development of training manuals and impact
assessment.
Agera is self motivated,
resourceful and was involved in the design and delivery
of DFID water scheme project, project/strategy development
workshop for national grassroots association of Nigeria
founded by UNICEF/UNDP. She is an associate consultant
with ICS.
Kayode, Jubril Alli-
Balogun (Ph.D)
Dr. Kayode holds first
and second degree in Agriculture and Animal Science
from Ahmed Bello University Zaria and a Ph.D in Animal
Nutrition. He is a specialist in Agricultural and Animal
Science with professional training in organizational
development and participatory action research. He worked
with several international development agencies: DFID,
UNDP, UNICEF, Action Aid Nigeria, Japanese International
Cooperation Agency and DDI.
He is presently work as lecturer in animal breeding,
Genetics, animal nutrition Specialist, farm management
and Head of Cattle units at ABU Zaria, Nigeria.
Dr. Alli-Balogun has
served as resource person for participatory Sheep and
Goats Rearing Workshop for NGO and CBOs in the Northwest
Zone of Nigeria, a facilitator in participatory Rabbit
workshop organized by ABU Zaria 40th Anniversary Committee
held in Kaduna State and facilitator for National Centre
for Women Affairs/Japanese International Cooperation
Agency. In addition, a consultant to UNDP Kaduna State
to carry out watershed management training for ten rural
communities in ten Local Government Areas, a management
consultant of IAM Oil Press Mill and formerly monitoring
and evaluation Officer, DDI for the USAID/Markets and
DDI collaboration on markets for Sorghum Project. He
is an associate consultant with ICS.
Abubakar abdulmajid
Adeiza (DR)
Dr. Adeiza has schooled
both home and abroad and holds a masters degree in veterinary
medicine from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a certificate
in Overseas Technical Award from University of Wolverhamton,
UK.
Dr. Adeiza is a lecturer
at the college of Agriculture and Animal Science, Ahmadu
Bello University, Mando road Kaduna and a consultant/clinician
to livestock farmers and pet owners. Over the years
he has participated in handling the following dog breeds;
Bullmastiffs, Pit-bulls, Komondorok, German Shepherds,
Yorkshire Terrriers, Bichon Fries, Weimaraners, Pointers,
German short Haired Pointers, Hungarian Vizslas, cavalier
King Charles Spaniels, Dalmatians, Slovak Cuvacs, Rottweilers,
Dachshunds, Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Dobermans,
Afghan Hounds, Pekingese, Shi-Tzu, St Bernards, Rhodesian
Ridgebacks and various local breeds and their crosses
with foreign ones. He practice also include the care
of pigs like the Large White, Land Race and local pigs;
and cattle which include Holstein-Friesian, Hereford,
Charolais and local Zebu (eg Bunaji, Rahaji, Sokoto
Gudali and their crosses), other animals include Rats,
Guinea Pigs, Captive Cane Rats, African Giant Rats (Burgu
in Hausa) African giant land snails, African giant land
tortoise, squirrels, cats etc-1990 to date
Furthermore, he was
a veterinary officer with the Ministry of Animal and
Forestry Resources, Borno State with the following duties:
Meat inspection at the State ASbattoir, Zoo Practice
(involves the handling of guinea pigs ‘ rabbits,
Squirrels, Sitatungas, Hippopotami, Duikers Gazelles,
African Spurred Tortoises, Water Bucks, Elands, African
Royal Pythons, Elephans, Vaccination, treatments, house
calls, extention services, liaison and disease management,
livestock appraisals, ambulatory services, Rinderpest
and contagious Bovine Pleuropneumonia vaccination campaigns
at the northen fringes of Borno state viz Geidam, Damaturu,
Biamari, Mungono, Bama, Kanama, Yunusari Beni Sheikh
amongst others 1990-1991. He is an associate consultant
