Iliya AmbI
|
Iliya
Ambi is the Training and Organizational Development
Advisor with ICS. He is a graduate of Business Administration
& Management from the Federal Polytechnic, Idah,
Kogi State. He also holds a National Diploma in Business
Administration (ND) from Kaduna State Polytechnic, Zaria.
Furthermore, Iliya provides support to the CEO with
day to day office coordination. These responsibilities
also include the following: Conflict resolution, performance
evaluation and management of staff as well as information
management and learning. In addition, he is a member
of the organizational core team and management and also
provides leadership and coordination for joint framework
development of tasks and assignments in collaboration
with staff.
He has specific skills in the following areas: Training
and facilitation, using participatory learning &
action techniques, Planning and facilitating participatory
workshops, research/assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation
(M&E): designing/adaptation of M&E instruments,
Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation and M&E
of Micro Finance Institutions, POSAD, Strategic Thinking
and Partnership Development. His also has skills in
designing institutional/organizational/rural and community
development interventions based on sound organizational
and institutional analysis, developing research instruments
based on well defined problem statements or issues,
developing policy strategy and framework, Organisational
Strategic Planning: development of strategic plans/documents
for public, private and civil society organisations,
Project management (including project design, financial
planning & budget management, and monitoring and
evaluation), Educational research, situational analysis,
Proposal development and writing, networking and donor
reporting. He has Knowledge and understanding of public,
donor and civil society workings.
Past work and experiences have involved private/public
sectors, donors and international NGOs including AAN,
SNR, SESP/WB Project, PATHS, SCD and and broad ranges
of local NGOs and CBOs across Nigeria. He has advance
computer skills in the following: MS Word, MS PowerPoint,
MS Excel. He has strong analytical skills in reporting
writing. He also has excellent and advance computer
skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Data Entry/Data
collation using software package.

Mr. Jonathan Wilson Madaki
|
Mr.
Jonathan Wilson Madaki is the Financial Management
Advisor. He also has strong background in organizational
and community development with specific skills in the
following areas: Designing institutional/organizational/rural
and community development interventions based on sound
organizational and institutional analysis; developing
research instruments based on well defined problem statements
or issues and Data Communication and Web Navigation
using the Internet. Others are planning and facilitating
participatory workshops and assessments and Designing
of Participatory Methodology Tools used for Assessment
and Appraisal.
He served as Audit Officer in Management Consultant
and General Contractor, Account Clerk in Onitcha LGEA.
He also served as M&E Officer with AIDS Relief
Nigeria, St Gerard Catholic Hospital. He is currently
the Financial Advisor of ICS and is responsible for
preparation of payment voucher, bank reconciliation
statement, subsidiary books, final accounts, company
accounts, manufacturing accounts, accounts of non-profit
making organizations, joint venture accounts, public
sector accounts, branch accounts and partnership accounts,
to mention just a few.
Mr. Jonathan has analytical skills in writing and
reporting, computer skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint,
MS Excel, Data Entry/Data collation using software
packages as well as familiarity with Spread sheet.
A combination of facilitation and training skills
has increased institutional capacity and achievements
for clients as well maximizing client’s satisfaction.

Sambo Yakubu Godwin
Sambo Yakubu Godwin is a first degree graduate of
International Studies from Ahmadu Bello University,
Zaria, Kaduna State. He presently serves as Training
and Research Advisor in Innovative Consultancy Services
(ICS). He has skills and abilities in planning and
designing institutional/organizational/rural and community
development interventions based on sound organizational
and institutional analysis, developing research instruments
based on well defined problem statements or issues
and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). He also holds
a certificate in Child Training from Children Evangelism
Ministry, Ilorin, Kwara State and a Proficiency Certificate
in Management from Nigerian Institute of Management
(NIM).
In addition, he worked with Anti – abortion
Movement located at Ilorin, Kwara State as a facilitator
engaging professionals and non – professionals.
He received UNICEF training as a Peer Educator where
his skills in training and counseling have impacted
on many. He has fluency in English and Hausa and has
skills in creating awareness and a strong advocate
of Anti-abortion in terms of educating and informing
both men and women to make informed choices on how
to live positively. Also, he is resourceful and at
ease with training and equipping teaming youths and
women about their sexualities, reproductive health
and issues relating to HIV/AIDS.
Furthermore, he worked as support consultant of School
Development Scheme (SDS) to Kaduna State/World Bank
(WB) funded project financed through a Specific Investment
Loan (SIL). In this capacity, he provides institutional
support for Leadership and Management training, School
Development Plan, School grant proposal, support visit,
peer review and Financial Management both TOT and
Step-down Trainings for State Education Sector Project
(SESP) in Sanga LGEA, Kaduna State. Responsibilities
also, include coordinating logistics, quality assurance
of training and report writing.

Mr.
Ngbe Peter Ategwu is an organizational and
community development consultant with specific skills
in the following areas: quantitative and qualitative
researches, financial management, planning and institutional/organizational/rural
and community development interventions based on sound
organizational and institutional analysis, developing
research instruments based on well defined problem statements
or issues. Past work and experiences involved public/public
sectors, donors and Nongovernmental organizations.
Career history includes a trainer in Teacher Supreme
International College; and Assistant Research officer
Nicon Insurance PLC, Abuja. He is currently research
and training Advisor of ICS. He also has analytical
skills in writing and reporting, computer skills in
MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Data Entry/Data
collation using software packages as well as familiarity
with Spread sheet.
